Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
